Let's
have a look at some of the many monuments and places to
visit, in S. Evia.
Tower
of Trahili. One more Venetian tower, that still stands
on the higher spot of the village, in the graveyard.
Arched
grave of Katakalos. A unique burial monument for Evia
which is preserved in a very good condition at the location
Katakalos, almost five kilometers eastern of Ali-veri. It is
an arched grave of the Mycenaean period.
Castle
Milaki. A castle on the hill which rises next to the
facilities of AGET-IRAKLIS at the area Milaki. The monument
is visible almost in all the region of Aliveri and its
villages. The Venetian portolans are referring to it as
Protimo.
