After the lighthouse of
Bassilina and some secluded natural beaches, we reach Agiokampos,
with its ferry and its warm sandbanks, its lovely beach of Nissiotisa

and
the illimitable sandy beaches of N. Pirgos and
of Oreoi, which are two scenical resorts, most prided
for their delights as much as the Aegean islands.
More
to the east, the crystal-clear seashores are extending in
parallel to the hydro biotopes of Kanatadika
and the homonymous picturesque village. As we keep heading
easterly over the vast sands of N. Evia, we pass through Kefales
and Asminio, until we reach the scenic tourist resort
Pefki of Artemisio.

From
here on, we have to deal with the Aegean, where the coasts
of Evia are covered in pine trees. The pine trees are
decorating copiously the sandy, as well as the rocky coasts
of Evoikos. There we come across Agriovotano, Ellinika,
Vasilika, Fragakis coast, Agali and then the
beaches of Mantoudi. A banquet of scenes that is not
easy to be put in words.
The
description of the beaches of this region of Evia, is
finishing with the appropriate ending. We are referring to
the coasts from Pili to Vlachia and Sarakiniko.
A real surprise. A peak of divine art-work.
