Tower
of Avlonari. It is the finest and most well-retained
Venetian Tower of Evia, that looms on the highest spot of
Avlonari. The tower was maintained and renovated in 1953.
Old
temple of Agia Thekla. Small cross-roofed temple of the
13th century, built near the gully of the homonymous
village. A lot of old hagiographies have been preserved in
the temple.
Old
monastery of Agios Ioannis of Karies. It is a monastery
of the 17th century. It is located in the village Sikies, at
the foot of mountain Kalimani.
Monastery
of Lefka. Old historical monastery (10th century),
located eastern of Avlonari, on the mountain of Kallimani.
The monastery is of Agios Haralampos and of Eisodia
Theotokou.
