The
touristic development in N. Evia has been rapid over the
last decades. The naturally gifted regions of Northern Evia,
are gradually following the touristic progress of Aedipsos,
which has been since the antiquity.
Today,
the entire Northern Evia (mostly its beaches) is ideal for
the pleasure of its visitors.
A
lot of high quality hotels, as well as sufficiently equipped
complexes of rental rooms, are able to accommodate a great
number of visitors, while all kinds of places which are
serve food (taverns, sea-food taverns, snack-bars,
restaurants etc) are doing their best to impress their
frequenters.

institutions, (Municipalities, Associations of Hotel
keepers, Cultural Associations etc) organize a lot of
cultural events.
The
naval Associations (like the ones of Oreoi and Limni)
organize regatta and marine sports.
Walks through the deep green woods of Telethrio and
to the monasteries of Northern Evia, are organized very
often.
